Specializations:
Kathy's specialty is uniquely combining colors, textures and light, using multiple fabrics and colors together like an artist uses paint on canvas *(she has been know to marry seven fabrics in one window treatment). The result is that furnishings, drapes, wall and floor colors all link, connecting and "speaking to one another" to create a visually well balanced, multi-dimensional color palette whether quietly neutral or color intensive.
Services offered:
Residential Interior Design, developing with clients an original concept of their unique style, exploring and drafting space planning ideas, room furnishings and fabric selection, facilitation deliveries and installations, overseeing contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and workrooms thru design execution to free the client from worrisome details. Also, general hourly consultations and pre-construction team meetings with architect and homeowner are available. No job is too small or too large. Two hour initial home consultation to answer questions and select paint colors are available.
